Squidgies

Nearly everyone still fishes their Squidgies a little too quickly at times. Remember, these are very realistic, life-like lures. They have action, scent, texture and taste that no hard-bodied lure (and very few natural baits) can hope to match. So, don’t be afraid to really slow down and give the fish a good chance to look at (and eat!) your Squidgies. As a basic guideline, start out slow with Squidgies and, if in doubt, slow down some more!

DO keep your Squidgies in their special re-sealable bags until you need them. DON'T store different coloured soft plastics together, as their colours may bleed.
DO use these same bags to store and dipose of old, worn or chewed Squidgies. DON'T store soft plastics in containers that aren't specfically designed to hold them.
DO rinse used Squidgy Jig Heads in freshwater and allow them to dry before packing. DON'T leave soft plastics on painted, lacquered, laminatedd or varnished surfaces.
DO buy specially made tackle boxes labelled as 'worm proof' for storing Squidgies. DON'T eat soft plastics, nor allow small children or pets to play with or chew them.
DO separate Tails from Jig Heads when storing and transporting. DON'T discard old, worn or chewed soft plastics into any acquatic environment.

The Squidgy range has expanded significantly since its first few seasons on the market. Today, there’s a SQUIDGY model, size, colour and head to suit everything that swims; from mullet to marlin! We’ve been totally blown away by some of the things switched-on anglers have done with our SQUIDGIES, and it would be an understatement to claim that these lures have revolutionised sport fishing in Australia, and helped to open up exciting and previously unimagined new forms of angling. It’s our humble opinion that this revolution still has a long way to go, too.

We hope you enjoy using our range as much as we continue to enjoy developing and testing it for you… We’ll catch you on the water!
